The Flats at Donelson Plaza

I am very happy and grateful with all the information and attention that Simone gave me on the day of my tour appointment. I arrived a few minutes late to the appointment she was very kind and attentive, answered all my questions and showed me the whole property with joy and without rushing. The building is super new and the cleanliness is impeccable, the corridors smell very good I can't wait to call this place my home and be part of this community the month coming. Thank you Y’all for all the great hospitality.

I lived here for 13 months and recently moved out and definitely have some thoughts for prospective tenants. PROS: Location- It's in a great spot in Donelson. Apartments- The apartments themselves are cute and I loved my unit. Maintenance- I never had any issues getting maintenance to respond to my issues super quick. CONS: Parking- This was one of my biggest issues while I lived here. You can forget about being able to park close to the building on the weekends between the Bagelshop and various weekend activities hosted in the shopping center. The amount of door dings my car got while I lived here was wild, and there is not a parking lot/spots assigned to tenants. I cannot imagine how bad this will be when the bar across the street opens. Stopped by for a second time today to view the property and see what they have available and I was once again greeted by the sweetest young lady...PAYTON, the Property Manager. The 1st time I visited I booked online for a 4:30P tour and when I got there she was on a call via teams. She immediately gave me her undivided attention and answered all of my questions including some I didn't know I had. She was Extremely knowledgeable of the property and didn't take any shortcuts. Even after I told her I didn't want to hold her any longer, she insisted on giving me the entire tour of the property. Did I add, it was close to closing time? I recently had the opportunity to tour with Danielle and she was absolutely amazing! She was extremely personable, professional and informative during my tour of The Flats at Donelson Plaza! The property is very clean, sleek and modern with each floor plan boasting clean finishes with lots of natural light. I was extremely impressed!
