The application process was long and thorough, but that’s only because of the very strict requirements! They’re also very busy because it’s a new complex and they have a lot of applications to process. Everyone I’ve talked to at WMC and the leasing office was so friendly and so helpful. Krista helped me with my application and the approval process, and she was so wonderful to work with. I got daily updates about my application, and she answered all of my questions the same day. She was very kind, responsive and great at communicating. They are also pet-friendly, and I am so grateful I was able to find somewhere for my dog and I to live. They have income-based units here, I applied for one of these as a single mother with four kids. I was DENIED a three bedroom and told they could "shove me" into a two bedroom if I wanted due to MY INCOME being too low. Are you absolutely kidding me? Here's the thing for a three-bedroom the base payment would have been about 1300. But then they add on $100 parking, $75 WIFI, $65 laundry. So it comes out to be more like $1650.00 when all is said and done, unless you have more than one car, then it goes up more. How is that income based? Paying for parking in a surface lot is just something I have never heard of in my entire life... paying almost $100 for Wi-Fi that you are forced to being paid is something that I've never heard of anywhere. The apartment is beautiful, all of the staff and neighbors that I've met have been very nice as well. The application process went really smoothly and Zoe was extremely helpful during the entire process.

Although the building is beautiful I’ve become extremely frustrated with the parking situation. I pay for underground and surface parking. My surface spot is constantly taken by other residents. I’ve expressed my frustrations multiple times and nothing has been actively done to fix this. The building is filling out and it forces me to have to park further and further away from the spot I choose and pay for since I moved in here in November. The parking situation needs to be fixed immediately or we should be refunded our money since we’re not able to utilize the spot we pay for. Also extremely annoying the buzzing system is not up and running yet for guest to enter the building. I’ve been told since November this is a priority but have seen no progress. Definitely considering not renewing

My family and I are currently going through the rental process and I have to say we haven't had any issues with this process and we are about two weeks in. Yes this is a long process but the property and staff are amazing from what we've experienced. I think what this complex is doing is amazing and completely worth it. We hope to get approved and make this our long term home!
