The Flats at 9338 - FREE 1/MO RENT - $899 2 BED

Management be worried about everything but the living stances. A/c been out for a week and I have a dog. I ask if a/c will be fixed several times. they lied saying somebody fixing it. Nobody was at our building.

Don’t rent here! The rent is cheap but you pay for what you get! Apartments with no ac and rats infestation. Water bill and other utilities are crazy expensive due to the fact the water temperature doesn’t work and they say it’s not fixable so you’re stuck paying sky rocket bills. And people are loud and party Friday-Sunday all through the morning. It’s cheap but go spent a couple hundreds more somewhere else cause it’s not worth your money and time renting here.

David, the new maintenance man, has taken care of my A/C leak issue in 30 minutes or less. Amazing work he has done! I had 3 buckets in my kitchen, and it was hard to be comfortable hearing water droplets all throughout the night. Thank you, David, for alleviating my headache.

Since the flats has new owners and management the issues I was having with the plumbing has finally been resolved. Theresa the apartment manager is a great person . She will go above and beyond to help you because she cares about the residents. Thanks your help

I'm proud to call the flats my new home! They have great management and hard working maintenance. I couldn't be happier with my stay it's very quiet at night and we have nice neighbors. If you looking for a great place to call home the flats is where u need to go!
