The Flamingo

In the 3 years that I’ve lived in the Flamingo Apts I’ve seen several managers come through. I’m leaving this review as a thank you for the current property manager Anthony Robinson. Not only has he done more for the property than the previous managers, he visits the property often to make sure everything is good there and projects are getting done. He also welcomes resident feedback for continual improvement. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.

So far so good. David with the property management group has been nothing less than a superstar! He has been patient and communicative throughout the leasing process… I am waiting on my application to come back from them to see if The Flamingo is my new home. By the way, 4 stars only because no one’s perfect! UPDATED BELOW 8.26.2022 Lived here now for 3 months. The building definitely needs more work done to it. My neighbor’s apartment flooded due to the roof leaking something awful during the heavy rain recently. It has taken maintenance 3 days to even come and attempt to fix it. The whole building smells like mildew and pet urine. The hallways need to be cleaned … dirty and dusty. My neighbors seem to keep to themselves, but I did have one lady yell at me about not parking my vehicle

I echo earlier comments about the new property manager Anthony. He’s responsive, takes action to address routine issues that have come up. A small community of quiet residents - price and location are great for my needs.

Great place to live. Excellent location. The price is very affordable. Comes with washer and dryer and all bills paid. Great if your are just starting out or looking to change locations. Property management are nice friendly and respectful. I haven’t had a problem as long as I’ve been at the Flamingo Apts

This is a very overpriced apartment complex. Is poorly insulated and can hear everything outside. This place has no amenities but charges like they do. Would not recommend
