I’m beyond frustrated with how management has handled the trash situation at The Fitzgerald. The trash compartment has been in unacceptable condition since November, and nothing meaningful has been done to correct it. It’s consistently overflowing, filthy, and clearly neglected. This isn’t just unpleasant to look at — it’s a rodent and roach problem waiting to happen. Instead of implementing real solutions, management continues to send out generic letters that look copied and pasted, claiming residents will be fined for improper disposal. How exactly will they enforce that with no cameras or tracking in place? It feels less like accountability and more like an attempt to cover themselves. I toured over the weekend and the office and community were clean and everything looked great. I spoke with Pamela and she was helpful, knew what she was talking about and took the time to help explain the application process to me, even though the office seemed really busy. She helped us complete the application and helped everyone coming in the door. She was happy and made my girlfriend and I feel at ease about the process. The apartments are beautiful and it’s a great location that puts us near our families and we are excited about moving.

From the moment I walked in, Carisa was absolutely amazing. She was so incredibly friendly and made the whole process feel like a breeze. She walked me through every detail—from the paperwork to the move-in steps—with total confidence. Her knowledge of the property and the local neighborhood is top-notch! Seriously, kudos to whoever trained her; her customer service skills are 10/10. The apartments themselves are stunning! They feel so modern and are packed with all the latest and greatest amenities. You can tell they’re well-built, and the location is absolutely perfect for my commute. I also had the pleasure of crossing paths with Kevin from the maintenance team. I really wanted to love these apartments….but everywhere you step there is dog turd, it’s absolutely disgusting! It makes me want to break my lease so bad. All the leasing office does is send out notices that you will get fined for not cleaning up after your pet, but where are the security cameras? How are they supposed to catch the gross people that leave dog poop all over the place when they stay inside all day? Why are there no consequences? They have two dumpsters on site that are ALWAYS overfilled to the point people leave their trash laying around on the parking lot. Little kids leave their wrappers and trash all over the place. For “luxury” apartments…these are NOT worth the price you pay. Run as far away as possible from this complex!!!!!

Having known her from previous communities, I’m thrilled she’s part of the team here now. Both of them make this place feel well taken care of!
