I lived here for a year and absolutely loved this place. The location is absolutely perfect! Whether you're wanting restaurants/bars/games, to go to sporting events, or to be in Denver but close to the mountains, this place is optimally located. The staff is absolutely top notch! Unlike most apartments where the staff hard to get ahold of once you sign your lease, the Fitzgerald goes above and beyond! Their newish manager, Kira, is so friendly, helpful, and willing to work with every resident for whatever their needs. She makes you feel like she's there just for you! Amenities. Amazing! The pool and hot tub are located on the 8th floor deck and have amazing views of the mountains. The pool and hot tub are heated and year-round. The property is thoughtfully designed, and the common areas are spotless, stylish, peaceful, and inviting. What really sets Fitzgerald apart from anywhere I've ever lived, is the incredible staff. Eliana Salaz was wonderful to tour with. She graciously took the time to show me around and made me feel completely welcome. Eliana was thoughtful, considerate, and answered all of my questions with patience. Her knowledge of the building and the surrounding neighborhood was excellent, and I especially appreciated her honesty about things like street noise — it showed real transparency and integrity. My experience with Eliana was outstanding. She is a tremendous asset to the community, and anyone interacting with her will be in very good hands.

I have to say Ryan Powers he is one of the Leasing Professional @ the Fitzgerald he went over && beyond with his team to also assist me to make it so easy && the tour had such a good time with Ryan while I was considering && very informative very intelligent such a dope soul very Detail oriented! I wish I was in a much better financial position to make the Fitzgerald my new home! If any other human can I would jump on it if affordable. Feliciana

The Fitzgerald is an incredible place to call home! The building is beautifully designed with state-of-the-art amenities and modern fixtures that really stand out. Everything feels fresh, stylish, and well thought-out. The leasing staff has been amazing, especially Ryan, who was so friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. The community itself is welcoming and vibrant, and the location couldn’t be better close to everything yet still peaceful.
