The property management at Fenton is awesome. Tina truly wants everyone to have a great living experience and she makes sure that any issue you have is addressed immediately. Jerone is such a huge help in making sure all your issues and concerns and done in a timely manner. And he goes above and beyond to make sure the work is done well. I truly appreciate having them be so attentive and work expeditiously on the concerns on behalf of the tenants here. They make living there wonderful

The property manager, Scott, does business the right way. I called him looking for a last minute apartment and he was so honest and kind. He didn’t try to swindle me into something that wouldn’t work, he explained the housing laws in NY (we are out of town), he took time to listen and answer all of my questions. He did all of this on a Friday afternoon-right before 5:00 pm-without hesitation. If you’re hesitant or have questions give him a call. You will be amazed. The apartments are beautifully redone and in an area that is perfectly located for medical students or employees of the nearby hospitals. Your blocks away from outstanding restaurants in Allentown. You truly cannot beat this place with the prices that are offered. There’s a reason there’s rarely availability. Go and call Scott

I was extremely disappointed in how this place is managed. On 2 different occasions we had an appointment to view an apartment. Both times no one showed up to give us a viewing. After the first time we were given an apology and a reason/excuse why they never showed up. We rescheduled at that time for a couple days later and was told that either one of two people would be there to show us the apartment. Again, a no show. This is Very unprofessional and completely disrespectful. We even tried calling several times while sitting there waiting, with no response. We gave this place a second chance and they blew it again. I am glad in a way this happened because it speaks for the type of management this place has; and I would rather know how this place is run before I signed a lease.

Attentive Property Managers. Clean and maintained properties. The tenants are the only issue here. Tenants destroy the communal trash area, and have little to no respect for others around them in regard to noise.

Symphony Property Management went above and beyond to keep our precious animals alive, over Christmas weekend, 2022, during a devastating snow storm to the Buffalo area. We could not be anymore thankful as residents of the apartment complex at the Fenton. We were far away and had no access to get food or water to our cats in the home. If it weren’t for the service that Symphony provider for us in an emergency situation, our animals may not be alive today. We appreciate you mucho.
