I can’t say enough great things about the maintenance team here, specially Angel Filion Every request I’ve submitted has been handled quickly and professionally. They respond fast, communicate clearly, and always make sure everything is working perfectly before they leave. Angel is respectful, friendly, and truly care about the residents. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing that if something needs attention, it will be taken care of promptly and with care. I’ve been living here for more than 5 months and overall this is a really nice property. The staff are friendly, the community is clean, and the price is reasonable for the area. However, I’ve been dealing with a serious noise issue that hasn’t been resolved. In my bedroom, there is a continuous humming and vibration that seems to come from fans or machinery located in the unit below. I can clearly hear the fan spinning noise and a constant machine humming sound. The vibration also travels through the floor, which makes it very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. The noise is different from normal neighbor noise. It’s a high-frequency humming and vibration that runs continuously during both the day and night. I can’t say enough good things about our maintenance man Angel!!!!! He is hands down the best I’ve ever had in any apartment complex. He responds incredibly fast, communicates clearly every step of the way, and is always friendly and respectful. You can tell he truly cares about doing the job right and making residents feel taken care of. Every time I put in a request, it’s handled quickly and perfectly. This is one of the few properties I’ve toured where I genuinely felt wanted as a future resident. Claire, the assistant manager, was amazing during my tour. She was very professional, personable, and easy to connect with. It’s clear the staff here truly care about their residents. Highly recommend, and I look forward to reaching out again when I’m ready to make my move!

Hello, my experience at The Felix has been the best. The property is in excellent condition, very clean and organized. It's a very peaceful place where you can breathe tranquility. I want to highlight Angel's work; he's always doing his best for the property and working tirelessly to ensure it's in the best possible condition. I highly recommend this place.
