Courtney has been excellent. He was always available when I needed him. Overall I’m very pleased with my experience. Aside from a couple small hiccups everything was pretty smooth.
Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Nate Benton was incredibly efficient, responsive, and made the entire mortgage process smooth.
Worst service ever, if your loan officer is Jay Rodriguez use another lender. Mr Rodriguez is a pathological liar, he gave the wrong info about appraisal amount and said he would FedEx a copy of documents we signed never happened. After receiving a d FedEx package from another lender with confidential info given to Mr Rodriguez, I decided to discontinue all transactions with this company. I asked Mr Rodriguez to refund me through $495.00 I paid for appraisal which was never done on the 6th of october, it's the 20th of October still haven't received these funds yet. Irate this company a -10.
Kenny was amazing to work with and provided outstanding communication throughout the process. Being a first time home buyer can be overwhelming but he helped answer any and all of our questions, no matter how small or silly they seemed. He also helped us to navigate interest rates in this extremely volatile market.
I'm a first time home buyer and Miluska never really helped me understand the process of buying a house throughout the time I worked with her. She never explained to me what I was signing, just urged me to sign all the forms and send her any documents she still needed. I never even got to meet her in person to know who exactly I was working with; everything was done over text and email. I'm not sure how she "specializes" in first time home buyers when this is how she worked with me. For some reason there was never any mention of any program to help with the down payment, closing costs, etc. knowing how difficult it is to purchase a home in today's market. When I finally went back and asked for some clarification, she got a rude tone with me. Overall, she's just not a good person to work wi
