Trust Homes has been fantastic to work with! Closing was quick and easy. Walk through was easy, all my concerns were quickly addressed. My new home is perfect and beautiful! So much storage space! Open concept! Beautiful colors and the layout is perfect! Everyone I worked with was very professional and went out of their way to help me and answer all my questions! Thanks Trust Homes! So in love with our neighborhood and the most friendliest folks that live here ! The amenities are awesome and the lake views are gorgeous.. Being next to all of Pooler’s shopping and dining is a huge plus too. Bought through Trust Homes in the new phase of homes being built here. Florisel and Joe were absolutely helpful and wonderful to work with. They had the sweetest attitude with the whole process. So happy and blessed with having our home here !!!

This has been one of the toughest home buying experiences for us because we had to move 700 miles away from our hometown. We were very skeptical at first how the process will be, but Florisel helped ease those worries. She always kept us in the loop with everything and she was very amazing to work with. Trust Homes has been excellent to work with throughout the entire home building process. Florisel in the front office is rapidly responsive with the many questions I threw at her, and her ability to coordinate information is superb. Her unfailingly positive attitude definitely helped during this process. Hats off to Joe and Jack, the on-site managers, who have worked tirelessly to make sure we had a quality home to move into. Small things can get missed with any major project, especially with the complexities crated by COVID. Joe and Jack have been responsive, flexible, and dedicated to making sure I was satisfied with any issue that came up. Good neighborhood. It is a small get-away from pooler and is fairly quiet. Easy access to interstate and the perks that the city brings. I would like to see the gate serve its purpose and remain closed as much as possible. Our biggest concern and one of many of our neighbors deals with paying so much in HOA dues and having a large amount of non-neighborhood individuals coming into the pool area as well as riding their vehicles around the lake area. We would like to see the money go to security for the amenity center, including the gym and standard refreshing upgrades. Currently, it seems like a pooler community escape for those who do not have amenities in their neighborhood and/or those who live in the neighborhood but do not want to pay the HOA for an access key.
