The Falls at Sope Creek Apartments

Staff are friendly but my neighbors are horrible, screaming and smoking cigarellos inside. My kitchen smells like smoke constantly. The other two units on my floor have nice residents who I barely see. Roaches are persistent. The bug guy is nice but it's crazy the roaches were this bad in the first place. The staff is great but the units themselves are just old so there's only so much they can do. My repair man is lovely and he really genuinely wants to help. Is super kind and respectful. Ventilation is bad. We have to use those humidity water bags and air purifier. The unit layout is spacious and beautiful would love if it just wasn't wet, smoky, and roach infested.

Michael was amazing! After being discouraged from 5 other complexes prior, he found a plan that worked perfect for me, went above and beyond! Loved his energy, and he made the experience fun! Give this man a raise!! The Jasmine floor plan is a fantastic one bedroom he recommended for first time renters and he was right. The complex is a bit older but that usually means the floorplans are larger and they clearly take great care of their units. Having gas/gas stoves is a huge bonus! Very hard to find in a complex. Big balconies, great amenities, quiet, beautiful complex in the forest. I could go on and on. Very happy to call this place home.

Fantastic staff, especially Ms. Tonia!!! Was so helpful getting an apartment within the time frame I needed. At first was hesitant moving in due to my apartment being worked on until move-in day which means I wasn’t able to see it until I moved in. Luckily, it was in decent condition and I added my own touch to it which allowed it to feel a bit more like home. Thank you again, Ms. Tonia!

I am very happy with my decision to move to The Falls at Sope Creek Apartments. I love my apartment. It has everything I need and it is very clean. I love the amenities. Tonia was generous with her time, and well-mannered, and extremely helpful. I would recommend working with her.

This is my first apartment! My whole process has been made simple, effective, and quick! What drew me to these apartments are the wonderful amenities, the walking trail within the Neighbourhood, and a great price for a great one bedroom! I had the pleasure of working with Tonia in this process and I am excited to be in the community. All of the staff and residence have been so kind.
