I’ve lived here for the past 4 years and I’ve always gotten great response times when it comes to maintenance getting done. My door frame had broken recently and Angel was able to come and help repair it very quickly! Thank you so much for always helping!

Love this community and maintenance crew. Angel was here today to replace my dryer. Was quick, professional, and polite. Helped me move furniture out of the way and then out everything back exactly they way I had it.

I recently moved into The Fairways at Star Ranch, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! From the start, the leasing office staff was beyond helpful, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to ensure I got settled into the unit I loved the most. The move-in process was incredibly smooth, and the maintenance team was super prompt in addressing a couple of requests right away. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful! I love how the kitchen serves as the centerpiece of the home, giving it a warm and inviting feel. The wood finishes, elegant fixtures, and crown molding along the ceiling add such a refined touch. I put in a maintenance request last night (Sunday) because I needed some help with my kitchen sink. This morning (Monday) at 9am Angel came from the Maintenance team and trouble shooted our sink until it was back up and working. He was polite, and even cleaned as he went, not leaving me with a puddle of water under my sink. Thank you, Angel!! You were awesome!!

The maintenance team here is 10/10. Angel is seriously the best. Any time my apartment needs servicing (for things big or small), the maintenance team is out within 24 hours to help get it resolved. Angel is also friendly, efficient, and respectful of my space. I feel safe in this apartment. :)
