Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, Brad handled it quickly and with a great attitude. You can tell he takes real pride in the building and the community here. It’s rare to find a property manager who goes above and beyond like he does. His professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service truly set him apart. If you want to overpay twice as much, only to have your security deposit withheld after moving out and be hit with an additional $4,600 for no clear reason, this place is perfect for you. Everything was fine until the Property Management changed to a woman named Talia. She decided to change our rent mid-lease, claiming that the amount in our contract was incorrect and that we had to pay more. We tried to explain that we were paying that amount because of the last free month they had given us, which was applied as a discount across the other months. Talia was constantly missing, unavailable, and when we tried to pay via paycheck, she would charge us late fees because she couldn’t process the payment on time. The worst rental experience of my life! I moved out of this community three months ago — and I still haven’t received my $500 deposit. On top of that, they placed a $2,300 claim against me, saying I “failed to notify the office” about moving out at the end of my lease. That is a complete lie — I informed the office one month in advance, but apparently that wasn’t “enough notice” for them. Meanwhile, I never received a single notice or follow-up from the office about my move-out plans. Special mention to the manager Talia — the worst manager I’ve ever dealt with. She was never at her desk, constantly rude to residents, and seemed to enjoy making people’s lives harder. Absolutely wild the way the Exchange Lofts treats future residents. Honestly, they've done me a favor, so I wont be back. If this is their best foot worward, I have zero interest in dancing with their 2 left feet. I cannot recommend. There are tons of 1 bedroom inventory in FTL. This is not the place.

It has been a wonderful experience moving in to the Exchange Lofts. The manager, Brad and the maintenance manager Miguel are professional and truly care about the residents experience. I am happy to call this place my new home.
