The Exchange - EDGEhomes

The condos are terrible!!! Stay away! You will literally hear conversations from the people above, below and to the side of you. When the people above you walk, it will sound like that are going to break the ceiling and shake the lights and fan. You can hear conversations from outside as well. I will never buy from EDGEhomes because of this experience!

This review is mostly for Clark Graff and Steve Cordner. We had an issue with our basement due to the drain covers initially being covered with sod. Not sure if this has happened to anyone else but seems that the HOA hired the landscaping company who put the mistakenly put sod over the down spout covers resulting in excessive water around our foundation. Even though we had some damage that wasn’t technically edge’s fault, Steve and Clark responded quickly to resolve the issue and help us out. Edge is lucky to have both employed. Outside of the foundation issue we really enjoy the layout of our townhome and it feels much bigger than it actually is. My husband and I just moved in to a quick move in and it was exactly that. Edge seriously made the home buying process a breeze! Gordon was our sales agent and he was awesome and very professional to work with. Every other contact we’ve had with Edge has made us feel like we were in really good hands as well. When we moved in, they made sure to leave us with all the resources and contacts we would need if we had any questions, comments, are concerns. And the condo is beautiful! Love all of the natural lighting we get from all of the gorgeous windows (that was what sold me on the Exchange Condos). And the color template options they have are all gorgeous, we lovveee our hardwood floors! Andd the location is awesome! We love where we are at with our condo, would definitely recommend working

They give zero on street parking with no legitimate warnings about it, they have small signs here and there saying certain spots you can’t park but nothing about the completely legal parking areas. They give you nowhere to park for how many people live here then tow your vehicle when you can’t find anywhere

I’ve been through multiple Edge Homes developments, and while their homes look beautiful on the surface, the quality and craftsmanship leave much to be desired. 🧱 Construction & Materials Edge Homes feels like C-tier quality at A-tier prices. Many of the materials used are just barely up to code—or fall short. For example, basement beams are supposed to be 16 inches apart, but several were off by an inch or more, and some were noticeably crooked. Pipes and electrical wiring in the basement are extremely messy and disorganized, which makes future insulation work a headache.
