All of the other reviews are mostly valid, I lived here for over a year, and just renewed my lease. The Apartments are for sure dated, have to rent washer/dryer, doesn't come with microwave, etc. However you can not beat the rates, and the amount of space you get with it, so def some compromise. When I first moved in, the office team members weren't great, hard to get a hold of, when needing assistance with something as simple as printing, or help with maintenance, just not easy to deal with. A lot of hiccups with move in and payment. Maybe the past two months or so new team members have joined, and they have been awesome, eager to help, always smiling , this includes the maintenance staff. Just as the other reviews, I have had some troubles with my HVAC, but they have been more than wi
Tried to scam me out of $1,800 due to their negligence. My living and move out experience at this complex was terrible. The staff members; specifically Charnese Cherry & the Property Manager Heather are extremely unprofessional and lack accountability. I moved out in January 2026, upon moving out I notified the leasing office on two separate occasions that I would not be renewing my lease after 1/9/2026. Both emails were sent 90 days before vacating. In Dec 2025 (last week of the month) I reached out to the office and I spoke with Charnese about my rent being prorated for Jan 2026. During that call, she informed me that the office had not received my notice to vacate. I re-sent the emails & asked to speak with the Property Manager Heather. After being ignored by Heather , I went to the of
my move-out experience here was so frustrating that I feel like people deserve a warning. I lived in this apartment for only six months and took care of the place extremely well. I didn’t even put holes in the walls. I also have pets, but they NEVER had accidents in the home — no pee, no poop, nothing. The only things worth noting were a couple minor stains and some normal pet fur, which is exactly why I hired a professional carpet cleaning company to deep-clean the carpet, before I moved out. Even after doing everything right, they still charged me for a full carpet replacement and kept my deposit. When I questioned it, the manager admitted she never even saw the “damage” herself — she said their “vendors” assessed it and decided the carpet needed to be replaced. Being on this side of th
This apartment is poorly maintained and not suitable for families. Cold air comes through the bedroom windows, making the room extremely cold even with the heat on. The window frames feel icy, and the bedroom is uncomfortable and unsafe during cold weather. The refrigerator has also been a constant problem—leaking and now not closing properly, causing food to spoil because it no longer keeps items cold. Maintenance issues are often “fixed” temporarily and then return. Common areas are dirty and neglected, and it’s clear the property is aging without proper care. I would not recommend this apartment if you value basic comfort, working appliances, or a safe living environment.
We took a tour on 11/15/2025 and we went with Brianna Sokolowski who was very helpful and kind. Gave me and my family a full tour and showed us the amenities as well. At the same time she was training and showing us around and was very informative with the prices including storage and garages. Definitely recommend getting a tour with Brianna and asking any questions you may have.
