The Eva Atlanta

For the entire two years that I have lived here, my ac/heater has never worked properly. On average, about every other month it went out. I submitted repair requests. They would come patch it up until the next time. Only after the ac unit on the balcony completely stopped working at the end of August, did they replace it. When it went out, they put this little rinky dink floor ac unit in my bedroom window. I work from home. So, I had to run the ac unit from the bedroom to cool my entire apartment at the end of August. Did they compensate me for my discomfort and electricity bill? NO. There are three things that are constant problems here at the Eva: 1. The security gate will be open. 2. At least one elevator will will go out periodically (on average about every couple months). 3. The fire

I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience living here. Work orders take entirely too long to be completed, and follow-up is almost nonexistent. When you submit a maintenance request, you shouldn’t have to wait weeks or constantly check in just to get basic issues addressed. It’s frustrating and inconvenient, especially when you’re paying a premium to live here. Management’s attitude is another major issue. Customer service seems to only exist for potential tenants. During tours, everything is presented as “luxury” and top-tier, and the staff is overly polite and attentive. But once you actually live here, that energy completely changes. I stopped by the office to get assistance with an issue I was having and Dandra, without hesitation, quickly jumped into action. The next day I got a follow up call to see if my issue was resolved (which it had been). I am happy to see the direction in which the Eva is headed and just wanted to make sure I acknowledged his professionalism. So often we are quick to make a review when things don’t go our way but won’t while we are happy. Keep up the good work The Eva!

Diandre is great! I went with my son to look at getting their first apartment he was so helpful and really made me feel comfortable with the whole process. After reading some of the reviews I was a little worried but Diandre really put us all at ease!! I highly recommend him he is professional and polite! Anyone looking for an apartment at The EVA ask for Diandre.
