After living at Ethan’s for 4 years and recommended 3 friends of mine I ended up receiving $75 deposit refund out of $625. They charged me $391 for damages, 55 late fee yet I was moving out.. I left the apartment vacuumed and clean with no damages and have pictures to prove it. To anyone who will read this:) IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE.. ETHANS WILL DEFINITELY TAKE ALL OF YOUR REFUND ONCE YOU LEAVE. Loved the place all through the years but you can’t do business with too much greed for money.

I have been waiting for maintenance to come fix multiple issues for over 2 months now. Office is useless and not helpful. If you’re thinking of moving here with an older person or even pets, don’t. The parking lot is a huge fire and safety hazard in the event of an emergency. They’re quick to tag your car if you didn’t register it with the office within a week but refuse to do anything about the people who refuse to learn to park in a parking spot. The lady below me has had medical emergencies at minimum once a month, everyone has resulted in a firetruck or ambulance ATTEMPTING to get through the complex parking lot. I lived at Ethan’s Apartments for one year and unfortunately did not have a positive experience. From the beginning, communication with management was very difficult. I was not allowed to see my unit prior to move-in, and during my first month I had to contact the Better Business Bureau because several issues in the apartment were not being addressed. Throughout my lease, it was extremely hard to get maintenance requests handled. It often felt like you had to pull teeth just to get someone to come out and fix things. The office staff and manager were also very rude during my time there.
