The Estates at Wellington Green Apartments

An abundance of dog poo is scattered across the property due to the owner’s negligence, and there is also excessive dog barking heard throughout the building. Working at night makes it difficult for me to sleep during the day. Some owners allow it, forgetting the walls are pretty thin. On the plus side, the maintenance crew is top-notch. They are proactive and respond quickly to requests.

Beverly and Tracy are absolutely amazing.. Beverly went beyond the extra mile to help me with my move, and getting situated stress-free! I really enjoyed the professional, kind support and information, all of my questions about the lease, community rules, policies, etc were answered in detail, and I never felt rushed or pressured to sign anything The apartment was better than expected, and Beverly helped me with a video tour via FaceTime because of how far away I was, and unable to tour it until I went to sign the paperwork. The service and help here is top notch!

The only reason this property is not receiving 1 star is because of Beverly. From the moment I first inquired about the apartment to the day I moved in, Beverly has been responsive, helpful, and professional. Her consistent support has been the one bright spot in an otherwise frustrating experience. I moved in on October 7, 2025. Since then, I’ve submitted more than seven maintenance requests — on day one. That alone should raise red flags for anyone considering moving here. My unit was not properly cleaned before move-in. The most concerning issue was the master shower, which was visibly dirty and in clear need of regrouting and resurfacing. Even the maintenance technician agreed that the condition was unacceptable. I was initially told this would be resolved by October 9, but now I’ve

I lived here for a year had no problems for months then I got pregnant got attacked by a dog off leash no cameras around had to go to the hospital to make sure my baby was ok called the office and they can’t do anything unless I knew his apartment number no cameras around nothing. Then , once I gave in my notice in August tht I will be moving out they told me they didn’t get it when I emailed Beverly about it ok they don’t communicate about these things together and I brought in my keys told them my move out date and they didn’t even use my deposit towards the remainder I owe basically they took my non refundable deposit n didn’t use it I thought this place was professional n understanding and very sincere but they were not I don’t recommend it here honestly I’m very truly disappointed in
