The Estates at Stuart

We have only been in our place since 10/1 but can honestly say that we definitely enjoy being here! The property manager Jordan made this move such a breeze from day 1 when we came to tour the place! He kept us informed every step of the way and answered all of our questions we had prior to moving in. Even after our move in he checked in just to make sure everything was ok and to reassure us that if we need anything not to hesitate to reach out. It feels good to know that we are in good hands and if we need anything our property manager is on it! Highly recommend moving here!

I’ve been a very satisfied tenant at Estates At Stuart for over 5 years. Each year gets better from the top on down.Debra (property manager) and Jordan (assistant property manager) have brought this complex up to next level. Maintenance is taken care of immediately and professionally. The logistics are incredible…beaches and Downtown Stuart right around the corner.We're in the process of getting a new roof and I just received a brand new top end microwave! I have personally been a real estate investor/manager for over 20 years with over 70 properties…so when I say they’re good I mean they’re real good!

I've been living here for 3 years. The management team is very helpful, the maintenance responds quickly, and the neighbors are friendly! I've been a very happy resident!

Jordan is great! He is always so helpful and when we need help with anything he knows what to do and he knows how to take care of it!

An update: Management is making much needed improvements. Roofs are being replaced, the pool has been resurfaced and there's new patio furniture-- and they even removed the dead bush that had been outside my apartment. However -- I still have decided to move. The roof on my building (#3) won't be replaced for months and I am paying too much in rent for a leaky roof. The roofs leak badly -- it was so loud I thought rain would break through the ceiling of the master bathroom. The stop gap solution: A tarp was put down in the attic to deaden the sound BUT THE ROOFS STILL LEAK --- I am worried about hurricane season so I'm out of here as of Aug. 31 to a better community for less rent and no leaks. On the plus side, the current office and maintenance staff are very nice and try to be responsive
