Ashley was very transparent and kept her word on everything we talked about. I was searching for a new apartment and saw a few places before visiting The Estates at Heathbrook. Ashley let me check out the actual apartment I would be renting and not a model apartment. She let me take my time and go over everything in the apartment with my wife who wasn’t able to come with me. Ashley walked us through the application process and was always there to answer our questions. So far we love it here! Close to everything, lots of families with children, swimming pool, dog park, and a lot more. The garage is a big plus and maintenance has been great. Overall, we couldn’t be more happy with our new place. Thank you Ashley, we really appreciate everything you did for our family! Sammy and Crystal

If I could give this place less than one star I would. We’ve lived here for a year and have had to put in over 15 work orders. From our washer & dryer being replaced due to it not working (the first month), to the A/C being out for 9-10 days only for them to have to put in a brand new unit (which has gone out twice since being put in)-basically every appliance except for the stove (which had to have a burner replaced) has been replaced with a new one, plus ROACHES 🪳coming out of the walls, water damage in the guest bedroom, and so much more! 🤮 If that wasn’t bad enough the office staff (excluding Ashley) is rude, dishonest, and avoids working to help you at all cost. The maintenance staff is a joke - they often have to call out to other businesses to fix things they can’t do. Which is just

Now I've been living here for over 2 years. I will admit that yes, as much as the people in the office has tried to be helpful. We have run into multiple situations. Within the first year, my upstairs neighbor decided to leave food in her oven. And go on an errand which caused a flood in my apartment. Yes, the people in the office was helpful in fixing it. However, you can still see where there has been damage done to my apartment from the flood. Once my lease was up and I wanted to renew, they insisted that everyone's rent was going up. So now I pay almost $1425. For a one bedroom, one bath apartment. Now keep in mind My apartment has damages that were not my fault still to this day. When we came here, we had two vehicles and are now are down to one. For the first year here there was never

I’ve been living at the Estates at Heathbrook for a while now and honestly, it’s been a great experience overall. The location is one of the biggest perks — it’s tucked away enough to feel peaceful but still super close to shopping, dining, and I‑75. Everything you need is just minutes away. The apartment itself is modern and spacious. I love the high ceilings, the large walk-in closets, and the open floor plan. My unit had updated appliances and everything was clean and move-in ready. The community is also very pet-friendly, which was a big deal for me. The amenities are a huge plus. The pool area is beautiful and perfect for relaxing on weekends. There’s a gym that’s open 24/7, which makes it convenient to fit workouts into a busy schedule. They also have a nice clubhouse, dog park, an

It’s an okay apartment complex for the price and size compared to other places. I wouldn’t consider it luxury as it is a bit outdated. The unit I had was okay. It wasn’t clean upon move in. Simple repairs were just covered with layers of paint, especially in the bathrooms. My unit was covered in pet hair. I spent the first 2 days of my move-in cleaning and shampooing the carpet. My kitchen was also covered in pet hair upon my move-in. The amenities are pretty basic. The gym is basic and you can tell that it’s hardly cleaned. Dust piled up and a weird smell to it. Hardly had cleaning wipes or spray to use. I stopped going after a month and just got a gym membership. Never used the pool while I was there as it was often closed. Maintenance is quick and responsive although things are rarely f
