Built in 2000 by Avalon Bay on 12 acres of the previous “Hall Estate”. Sold in 2006 to Cornerstone and the property management transferred to the current Lincoln Properties. 20 buildings, each with 8 units (2 down and 2 up on each side of the building) 160 units total. Additional limited garage space for cars or storage. There are two styles of 1 bedroom/1 bath and four styles of 2 bedroom/1 or 2 baths. The upper units include a loft. Nice complex. It might be a little older than we wanted but, well taken care of. Leasing and maintenance staff have been great so far. Landscaping is well done. And a safe community.

I am most appreciative for help from Elizabeth for setting up my password. She was so wonderful and had so much patience with me and took the stress off of me. I am so blessed to live at the Estates with such caring staff. Thank a bunch.
