At first I loved it there. But for all of July and August haven't been able to swim at all pool stayed dark green, my mailbox was constantly open. Which it took almost 2 months to get a mailbox key I had to be out there to meet the mailman all the time to get my mail. So my apartment was like on a slant like sinking or something. We'll it flooded and it stayed flooded for 2 weeks maybe longer before I could get them in there and I mean flooded I am gonna post pics. So I paid rent late my stuff was getting ruined it was molding I mean wow. So they take me to court I had 1045 they wanted 1200 so the city was gonna help me pay what I owe n future and they couldn't send the ledger in..

Straight up crooks who will wheedle their way into doing the bare minimum. I came here with good rental history and left with an eviction. I never had an eviction before but I trusted angel when I asked what day do I have court he said I have court on the 16th but as long as I paid my rent before the 16th I could stay I went on the 11th to pay just to find out he lied and we actually had court on the 7th me being young in my early 20s he took advantage of the fact so I missed court and found out the day I went to the office to pay my 2k balance. I moved out the following business day and when I moved out my balance went from 2k to 10k. It’s a lesson learned. I should have read the fine print but I understand why they did it because I most definitely would have won in court because all of t

If I could give less than one star I absolutely would. -10. Under no circumstances should you move here. Allocated water is about 110-145 a month, for a 1 bedroom apartment; yet water to the whole property is shut down 2-5 times a month even with new management. That should give you just a hint of how bad this place is handled. All residents have been paying for pest control since new management came in, yet for the first 2 almost or maybe a bit over 3 months, they still hadn’t signed a new contract with a pest control company and every one was complaining about roaches. Would love to know where our money was going for those rent payments. Maintenance will mark your requests as completed without ever coming into the unit. Homeless people break into the complex daily. We pay for a gated com

It has been a struggling getting in touch with the leasing office. I can already see that being an issue. My apartment was dirty when I was starting to move in. So far, this is the worse place I have ever lived. I hope that changes Update: This is still the worst place I’ve ever lived. I’ve grown to like management a little more but my living condition is still the same. My apartment is roach infested. I k*ll/find water bugs 2/3 times a week. I mainly order takeout or limit cooking because my kitchen smells like the roach pheromones. I voiced my complaints about being moved into a unit that wasn’t prepared and i was told that I would have to pay $700 even though it wasn’t my fault. The one pro is that they at least offered to let me break my lease. Like someone else mentioned, don’t be bl

Pros: very nice stackable washer and dryer included in our unit Located close to 410 (also a con, but a pro for accessibility to stores, restaurants, highways etc) We had brand new appliances upon move-in Old tennis court area perfect for children to play/ride bike Cons: everything else. Pictures as proof. When we were applying, we were looking forward to all the promised renovations that new management would make. We moved to San Antonio a year ago and chose this complex as our home because of the pros I mentioned earlier. We’ve been here 1 year and this is what we’ve experienced: Laundry room is yuck & has animal droppings in it. Kitchen is so narrow that fridge door and dishwasher scrape on each other if you happen to have both open at once. Maybe other floor plans are different,
