The Enclave

I don't usually leave bad reviews but I feel like a fair warning to prospective residents is needed. I would say these are a great affordable place to live but the prices have gone up so much in the last year that I find that statement is no longer true. The parking is horrible, they allotted us 1 covered parking space at the beginning of our lease for our 3 bed townhome (4 people living there) and didn't offer more because they were all taken. Guest parking is a nightmare, always full. The security is good for nothing except kicking people out of the hot tub if they're in there 5 minutes too late but not when people are revving their engines in the parking lot and screaming at 2 AM on weeknights. We’ve loved living here! It’s quiet, well maintained, and the townhome layout feels really private. The extra half bath downstairs and storage space make such a difference. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and the staff is always friendly. It genuinely feels like a community.

I have lived at the Enclave apartments for 5 months now and I cannot say enough good things about the team here! Delaney and Johnny in the office are easy to work with and make sure you are taken care of in anything you may need. The maintenance guys are friendly and get things completely quickly and without any headache to have to follow up. 10/10 recommend living here!

I’ve had such a great experience living here. The townhomes are well maintained, spacious, and quiet, and the community itself feels safe and welcoming. Management is responsive and professional, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. It truly feels like home, and I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a townhome!

I had an amazing experience renting from this place! We moved from out of state and the enclave was our first home in Idaho and I’m extremely grateful we ended up staying here. Delaney and the rest of the staff were amazing and very communicative! I definitely recommend this place !
