The Enclave Hartland

This is not a standard review; it is an exposé based on my personal experience living at the Enclave in Lexington, KY. If you decide to live here, I truly hope you have a better experience than I did, but it would be difficult to have a worse one. The largest issue by far is cost. When we toured the complex, we were given a packet outlining rent and fees. Some charges, like water and sewage, were not fixed, but we were assured they would be no more than $40 per month. That assurance was wildly inaccurate. According to our lease, rent for a 2-bed, 2-bath was $1,506.00 per month. In reality, we paid $1,750+ every single month. Receipts attached prove this. I am currently enjoying my residency at the Enclave. While nothing is ever perfect, the staff have been amazing addressing any voiced concerns to the best of their ability with respect and patience. The property tries to keep up with maintaining pleasant and lovely grounds even with residents being residents, my apartment was taken care of before I moved in regarding some things (paint, missing screws, detailed cleanliness), and the price is reasonable for living in a large city with great amenities. Love my new place! 9 ft ceilings, new carpet and flooring, gas fireplace, full size washer and dryer. Love the security gates! Staff very friendly and responsive! ! Great location.

I’m a new resident here at the Enclave Hartland and I could not have asked for a smoother move-in. Natalia helped me with the move-in process and she was absolutely amazing. She made me feel very welcomed from the moment I walked into the leasing office and showed such great energy and enthusiasm. Natalia also accompanied me with the walk through of my apartment and when we noticed a leak under the bathroom sink she made endless calls without hesitation to ensure that it was fixed that same day! Paul with maintenance came to see the issue, went and got new parts, and fixed the issue within just a couple hours. Both Paul and Natalia really went above and beyond to ensure I had a good move-in experience and I can’t thank them enough.
