The Enclave at Ridgefield

They changed management companies at least 3 times within a year! We had no trash cans for 1-2 months they didn’t mow the lawn for at lease 1 1/2 months. We moved out fixed what we needed to fix on our own because the staff was very inconsistent. Jordan is a liar will say she sent letters or put notes on the door regarding simple things such as portal change. We moved out and due a refund they failed to process it because they knew they were in the process of changing management companies and didn’t say anything. We should have had our refund within 30 days and they failed to process it. Because once again they changed companies.

This place is amazing! The staff, especially Bridgette and Chelsea, have been incredibly helpful throughout the entire application process. They were always quick to answer any questions I had and made everything so smooth and easy from start to finish. It’s rare to find such a welcoming and professional team, and I’m truly excited to move in! Thank you for making this experience so stress-free. Highly recommend this community!

We have been moved in for about two weeks now and everything about this place is amazing, staff has treated us with nothing but kindness and respect. Bridgette and Chelsea have been absolutely phenomenal and gone out of their way to make sure our moving experience was easy and seamless. 11 out of 10 stars

Parking on the street has increased. Causes issues when driving and walking especially when cars are parked in street on both sides of road.

Could not ask for better maintenance men, and office help! I have not had even one complaint and I can’t give them enough praise to measure how quickly they respond to any and all request you make
