The Enclave at Potomac Club

The Enclave was our first home since moving from NJ to VA in 2022! We recently moved out (due to a work move) & it was so hard to leave! The office staff if beyond friendly. Eddie, Melissa, Amber, and Brianna truly make you feel heard whenever you have an issue or suggestion for the community. The move-in & move-out process was smooth and stress-free! Phones and emails are always answered promptly. The community is nestled in a gated HOA which is so nice for privacy and safety. You wouldn’t even feel like you’re in Woodbridge when visiting! The amenities are well kept and the resident events keep on coming! The arcade is the best place to visit when my nephew and niece come to visit. At first, Enclave at Potomac Club felt like a great place to live and an easy community to recommend to others looking for quality apartments. I was genuinely impressed with Bozzuto management and it was clear they had high standards and truly cared about residents. Since the change in management, however, the difference has been extremely disappointing. Under the previous management, concerns and emails were addressed quickly ,often within hours or at least by the next day. Now, responses are rare, if they come at all. I recently reported a serious safety concern within the community and never received a reply, which is especially troubling. We also used to have food trucks, holiday events, and a warm, welcoming sense of community. Unfortunately, all of that is gone. What once felt like a

USED to be great when we moved in; Bozzuto was the management. There WAS a community and great efficiency in management. With the takeover, this place no longer has any of that. They are also doing enforced "modernization" of locks on doors to digital locks from normal keys, and now the doors won't even shut properly and we are locked out of our own apartment. They also changed the thermostats to a model that no longer supports eco-friendliness ans tempersture ranges. Thought we were going to live here until we bought a house, but that is likely not going to happen anymore. Do NOT recommend, especially at this price point.

I have been living here almost a year . I really like it here. I have no complaints and haven’t had no problems living here. I love my apartment. Sadly I will not renew my lease only due to the new management. I try to stay with Bozzuto Management Communities only, my experience with them are unmatched.

Update NOV23: I have lived here 4 months now, and it is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. All of the office staff are amazing, the complex itself is well maintained and they're always improving it even more, and it's a quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to a ton of local amenities.
