The Enclave at Fair Lakes by Integrity Homes

I have been living here for about two years. First of all, I must say that it’s a great place to live with easy access to all major highways, including I-66, Route 50, and Route 29. You are also close to shopping centers like Walmart, Costco, Giant, Safeway, Target, Aldi, and the Inova hospital. Most importantly, Fair Oaks Mall is just around the corner. However, unfortunately, there are no recreational facilities or play areas for residents, especially for children. You don’t have access to any amenities like a gym or swimming pool. The management’s services, particularly during snow days, are not satisfactory. Trash collection is often delayed. Parking is extremely limited, and people frequently park in front of others’ homes. Integrity - the name of the builder says it all! Hands down the best building experience we've had among our four new construction homes. Deborah and Collin set high expectations for the entire process and from beginning to end, there was excellent communication and quality construction. Integrity Homes gave us a smooth experience and we feel confident knowing that our home is built with quality and care by people who go above and beyond. This is the third time I've purchased a new home, and this one has been the most wonderful and effortless experience ever. Sales Managers, Collin and Deborah, have been incredibly helpful and responsive. Joe and William – the production team are both great. The construction is quality and the ability to configure the floorplan to our liking is something no other builder offered. The landscaping is beautiful, and grounds are meticulously maintained. Neighbors are friendly. We couldn't be happier. We made a great decision.

Really good builder with excellent warranty service team (Mike and co.). We are very happy. Love the unique fronts on each row and the lofts with terraces- they really distinguish this community from nearby ones.
