The Enclave Apartments

Very peaceful apartment complex in a residential area. Lots of beautiful trees in the courtyard and parking lot, including in the dog park. The units have lots of natural light, and mine was very clean when I moved in with fresh paint and wood floors. Coco and the other leasing agents are also so helpful and kind.

Fabian Alarcon has been reliable and professional. Maintenance requests are usually handled in a timely manner, and is polite and respectful when entering the apartment. Issues like plumbing and electrical problems have been fixed properly, and communication about scheduling is clear. While response times can sometimes be slower for non-urgent requests, overall the maintenance service does a good job of keeping the building clean, safe, and well-maintained.

I’m my sons guarantor so I actually do not live there but just wanted to give coco a shoutout. She has been helpful from the very first call. Avery was able to show us around, while Coco was busy in a meeting but thanks to her we came prepared she is the one who has consistently been there through the whole application process. My mom got approved the next day thanks to Coco’s help. Great experience.

The apartment maintenance guy Fabian Alarcon has been the very best and very reliable. He are very nice and accommodating even when in non emergency circumstances. He does amazing at keeping the building professional and clean making sure all areas of complex is looking good.
