The Element Clarksville

Sent our debt to collections even though it hasn't even been a month. Charged us for the carpet being dirty mind you the apartment was filthy when we moved in,flies in the fridge and freezer and truly gross all over. We were also fined for not giving enough notice for moving out. We always paid our rent on time. We're excellent tenants and get treated this way is absolutely disgusting. The lady at the office never bothers to answer the phone or do anything about the numerous kids touching my car and drawing on my patio furniture. Truly a ghetto place to live and its unfortunate because it wasn't always like this.

I lived at the element for 3 years and would give my experience a 10/10! From the office staff, maintenance team, up keep of property grounds, appliances and apartment location. We never had any problems + everyone on site was always responsive. The office staff was always understanding and willing to work with us. Not too noisy and neighbors are friendly. If I had not relocated I would’ve have stayed here for 3 more years! Loved this place.

The Element is amazing from the moment I walked into the leasing office on move in day I felt at home already! The staff is amazing! If you ever have any issues you never have to stress you are ALWAYS taken care of without question. Quianna is the best she is so understanding and caring towards her residents. It is an amazing place for kids they all play with each other and get along. If you have kids they also have things for holidays such as Easter egg hunts, giving out candy on Halloween, and much more!

This is a great place to live. My boyfriend and I have lived here for 2 1/2 years. This was our first apartment experience. The layout is cute and simple. My favorite part is the master bedroom. It's huge in my opinion. We have a king size bed and still have so much room. The location is a win too because it's close enough to wilma rudolph that everything is right there and easy to get too but it's also far enough away from the main road that it's pretty quiet. Quianna our property manager is amazing. She's very sweet and professional, and also personable. Our maintenance man Jody is amazing too. If you need anything you can count on them. I moved into the Element 3 months ago and have been very pleased with the kindness of both management and other tenants. Quiana is extremely helpful and generous. She is always holding events and giveaways for the tenants of the complex, and she never leaves a question unanswered. The location of the Element is surprisingly really convenient. It is a very safe and peaceful neighborhood. I strongly recommend the Element if you are looking for a quaint little home with a highly welcoming atmosphere. It’s been a great first apartment for me and my roommates.
