Although the area is quiet, the apartments here are very old and drafty and needs updating. Requests are not being completed although it states that they're completed on the residents portal. Very slow to fix repair requests. No insulation around windows and doors. This will cause the electricity bill to skyrocket! The shower heads are old and worn out. The air conditioning/heating unit looks like its 'rigged together' covered with tape. After moving in i've started to notice a roach infestation that's getting worse. The vents are covered with multiple coats of paint which have made the vents impossible to open and close. There are huge gaps around appliances where you can feel the air from the outside coming in. Mrs Jaquae and Mr Carter are wonderful I have been here for 12 years .seen alot of people come and go .it's great to have people who love this property.its getting back to the beauty that once was here.thanks to all of maintenance for working hard. I call Mr Carter -the maintenance mcgivyer .and Mrs Jacquae is Sparkle she has a way of making you smile and feel heard.just a great person Thanks to owners for having 2 people who care.all the maintenance team are great .I wish the people that live here would take pride in this beautiful place. I have been a resident out here for a little over two months. My experience was nothing short of amazing property manager herself. Zy 🥰 was awesome. Very understanding very professional greeted me with a warm smile. I know every property has their flaws, but what I can say right now 10 out of 10 will Recommend! Keep up the awesome! Work!
