The Edmond

I wish that I could say that the Edmond is a nice place to live. It probably would be, except for the following main issues: 1. Parking. If you choose to pay the $175/mo for parking in the garage, good luck parking if there's an event at the Blue Cross Arena. Because it's situated right across, the police shut down the entire block routinely to allow people to cross from the Civic Center garage. If you choose to park in the Civic Center, you'll also need to be aware of the rush times and events, because it will get packed. 2. Fire alarms. In the past 8 months, the fire alarms have gone off no fewer than 10 times. This could be for things like burning food while cooking, and opening the door to the hallway to vent (the windows don't open, and if the hallway smoke detector trips, the whole

The property has appealing features, but there have been some ongoing issues that affect the overall experience. Access control has been inconsistent at times, which raises security concerns. Shared areas are not always kept tidy, with litter occasionally left out longer than it should be. Noise from common amenities can travel beyond their intended spaces, and disruptive sounds are sometimes noticeable throughout the building. While the apartments themselves are well designed, these patterns give the impression that day-to-day oversight could be improved. Greater attention to maintenance, noise management, and resident accountability would help preserve the quality of the community.

I wanted to give it some time before I wrote a review. I’ve lived at The Edmond for almost a full year. So far I’ve loved my time spent here. The building is always up to par, the amenities are well taken care of and management is superb. Kailey is such an angel. Any issues that I have ran into have been answered promptly and resolved in a timely manner. I really enjoy the rooftop in the warmer seasons. I will be renewing my lease with them soon, I look forward to another wonderful year here! :)

The Edmond has beautiful apartments as well as such amazing customer service and hospitality. They truly care about their residents/prospects. I inquired about a 1-bedroom apartment and received a very quick and efficient response from Kailey, Assistant Community Director at the Edmond. Kailey really catered to my needs regarding my search for a 1-bedroom apartment in a friendly and professional manner. She helped me determine if I qualified for a specific unit I inquired about. I am starting a new job and she even congratulated me on my new job which really made me feel so appreciated and valued. Truly, Kailey’s customer service and hospitality did not go unnoticed.
