The Edison

I recently had an interaction with Monica in the leasing office and wanted to share how helpful she was. She was incredibly understanding and took the time to walk through my account with me. Monica helped update my account so I’m able to make my rent payments online, which has made things much easier on my end. I truly appreciated her patience and willingness to work with me to find a solution.

RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Their motto is “profit over people”. As you can see from the pictures below, this apartment has major problems. A lot of water issues. Mold in the apartment that maintenance just sprays with bleach ( which does NOT kill mold, it feeds it). The A.C unit floods the apartment because the hoses are broken but maintenance just shop vacs, sprays bleach, and doesn’t fix the problem. The hoses inside the washing machine started leaking and the maintenance guy said he couldn’t fix it because it was already in the unit when we moved in and we don’t pay for it monthly. Woke up to fecal and urine matter coming from the master bedroom ceiling because 2 apartments above us clogged their toilet and kept flushing it. That’s a biohazard and they refuse to send a professional

Had to move for a job so I went online and found this place and it looked great for the price so I called the next morning and started the paperwork without looking at the place in person well I drove 3.5 hours up here with most of me and my families stuff and when I got inside I started looking around at first it looked nice until I found a few roaches crawling around then when I walked into the master bed room i could smell a strong paint smell so I cut the ceiling fan on and as it started to spin it fell from the ceiling.

I want to recognize Kyla, Vassar, and Monica for their professionalism and great customer service. They communicate clearly, are helpful, and make the experience much easier. I especially appreciate their openness to feedback and their willingness to assist. While there is always room for improvement, my interactions with them have been consistently positive. Their professionalism and communication make a meaningful difference.

I've been pretty happy with The Edison. My townhouse is nice and was recently updated. It's not perfect or designer, but it works. The people in the office are SO nice, especially Remy, and they have always taken care of anything I needed within a reasonable amount of time. The neighborhood is safe and the location is excellent, everything I need is close by and most of it is walkable. They are laid back but still attentive when needed.
