The Edison at Riverwood

We moved into the Edison a few weeks ago and absolutely love it so far! The apartments are newly built and the amenities they offer and wonderful. The day we moved into our apartment my husband and I noticed some cat or dog hair on the carpet in the bedrooms. We reached out to Gina, the property manager, and she immediately called the carpet company and they came out the next day to re shampoo the carpets! We really appreciated that so much! I highly recommend The Edison for your future home!

I have loved living here for the past year. Gina in the office is amazing with answering questions & replying in a timely manner. The people who live here are respectful, quiet, and very personable. 5/5 stars & always recommend someone moving here. The pool in the summertime is always my go to when I get off work or just want to relax in the sun.

I have been living at The Edison for six weeks and I am really enjoying it. I love being surrounded by trees, deer and the sound of the stream is so relaxing. The staff is so kind and always willing to help with what is needed in your apartment. Close to everything, even at peak hours. I really recommend The Edison to call it home.

Moved here this past summer and I love it! The front staff and management are fantastic, and have consistently gone above and beyond. Any requests I’ve made have been immediately satisfied. The maintenance crew can’t get any better or more professional. They are really dedicated to their craft. I was downtown in a high rise and while it was posh and beautiful and I expected to pay a lot, the rent, fees, and parking were more than 3 times what I pay here. And here I have two garages and a beautiful property to run my dog around, and two dog parks! It’s backed up to some Corp of Engineers property; we get tons of songbirds and there’s a family of deer who we see just about every day. If you travel for a living, it’s a 9 minute trip to BNA and there’s at least 3 route options available. T

We’ve lived at The Edison at Riverwood for three years, and we can honestly say it’s been a wonderful place to call home. The community is filled with beautiful green spaces and peaceful walking paths that make everyday life feel relaxing and welcoming. Our two dogs absolutely love it here, the dog parks are clean, well-kept, and perfect for letting them run, play, and meet other pups. The staff is one of the biggest highlights. They’re warm, friendly, and always ready to help, creating a genuine family-style environment. You can feel how much they care about the residents and maintaining a positive community atmosphere.
