The Edison Apartments

I’ve really loved living at The Edison these past few months. The location is perfect, super close to downtown with amazing skyline views. I’m so excited for the rooftop bar to be finished, it’s going to be such a fun spot. Shoutout to Jo, Kaidence, Ashlyn, and Sylvia for always being so kind and helpful. The staff here is seriously the best I’ve experienced at any apartment complex. Whenever I put in a request, the maintenance team is quick to respond and you can tell they actually care. The building is always clean and well kept and it even smells good when you walk in. I’m really happy I chose The Edison. It’s been such a great place to live!

I have only been living here for 2.5 months and since day 1!! I’ve been through so much HELL with these ppl!!! I am telling you, DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Save your money and find something more reasonable!! When I first moved here, I looked at other ppl reviews late and thought it was just their opinions. Maybe I wouldn’t go through the stuff MORE THAN HALF these ppl are talking about! I WAS SO WRONG!! I’m going through EVERYTHING and then some!! They lie about the hidden fees! My base rent is only 1210 but with all the fees added on my rent is almost $1600!! Trash valet is an absolute joke and they want you to pay $25 for it when the company they hired does absolutely nothing they’re supposed to do and are super petty! I moved to the 3rd floor bc of their free movers deal…I have small children

I moved in some time last year and at first because the people in the office were nice I assumed things would work out well, but I was wrong. First, when me and my roommate moved in, our unit wasn’t entirely ready. The dishwasher was broken with roaches floating in the water and we had to get an entire replacement after complaining multiple times. Also, if you like hot showers and consistent use of promised utilities, don’t move here either. Our water has been hot and cold inconsistently and the entire complex was promised that this issue would be fixed multiple times. I was taking cold showers in December and January, and my shower is still cold. As it stands, the hot water is now out in ALL units across the complex. I don’t understand why we pay for water services when it doesn’t work.

When I first applied to The Edison, I was going through it. I had just dealt with a mess from ADM Security and was trying to get a fresh start from coming off the streets I got denied at first because they didn’t work with Liberty Rent — but I wasn’t about to give up. That’s when Allen and Miss Cassandra stepped in. I told them, “I’ll do anything to get in this apartment.” And they listened. They didn’t treat me like a number. They treated me like a human being. After getting the runaround from ADM, they gave me a real shot — and I’ll never forget that. When I finally walked into the apartment, I was blown away. I’ve been living at The Edison Apartments in Dallas for some time now, and I’m very impressed with the overall experience. The grounds and amenities are well maintained and always clean, which makes coming home feel genuinely relaxing. My apartment is comfortable, and the layout is functional and modern—great value for what it offers. What truly sets The Edison apart, however, is the customer service. In particular, Lisa has delivered outstanding support. Whether it’s answering maintenance requests promptly, helping with leasing questions, or just being friendly and attentive, she goes above and beyond.
