The Edge at Yardley Apartments

We stayed at the Edge in Yardley for 4.5 months while our house was being built. The apartments were updated, comfortable and clean. The management staff at the Edge, Kim and Joan, were wonderful. Easy to work with and extremely helpful from beginning to end. Nice facilities including the gym, pool, and workout room. Great location. Easy accesses to Rt.1, I-295, and lots of shopping choices. The neighbors were friendly and we always felt safe. We highly recommend the Edge apartments! The only negative was the train noise but you get use to it!

Apartments are very roomy. Maintenance does not follow up on requests in a timely manner. On site management never follows up on questions or requests. You have to keep asking which can take an unreasonable amount of time.Corporate management are not much better, they are often argumentative when you contact them. Very poor customer service.

I love living at The Edge of Yardley! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and any issues that come up are taken care of quickly. Maintenance is fast and reliable, and the whole community feels well cared for. It’s a great place to call home!

We've been living at The Edge for just over a year, and it's been a very pleasant experience for the most part. Kim took me around for the viewing. She was very knowledgeable, candid, and helpful, and continues to be very understanding and helpful to help resolve some of the issues we've experienced. Always a friendly face! Likewise, the rest of the office team - Kathy and Joan - are always helpful and responsive and Jim promptly attends to our maintenance requests. We appreciate and enjoy the well-kept premises and facilities. Our only complaint is inconsiderate noisy neighbors in the apartment above us, past and present. However, it does seem like the building hasn't been properly insulated to dampen the noise. Some appliances could also be upgraded and properly fitted.

We had an amazing experience working with Kimberly while securing our apartment at The Edge in Yardley! From the very beginning, she was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answering all of our questions quickly and guiding us every step of the way. Her patience and attention to detail really stood out, and we truly felt like she cared about helping us find the right unit. Thanks to Kimberly, we will be settling into our beautiful new space in less than a week — we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend working with her & also touring The Edge in Yardley 💕
