Customer Reviews
I had a very disappointing experience with the application process at this apartment complex. I provided every single document they requested — including bank statements, proof of income, and pay stubs — and still waited over three weeks with little to no transparency about the status of my application. Instead of clear communication, I received vague excuses and delays that felt very unprofessional and disorganized. After investing over $200 in application-related costs and spending a significant amount of time gathering paperwork, I was left stressed, frustrated, and without any real resolution. The lack of honesty and accountability during the review process is concerning. If there are specific requirements or issues, applicants deserve clear and timely communication rather than being
Many units are used as corporate housing, so a large portion of the reviews come from short-term stays. This can influence perceptions for those leasing privately, as issues are easier to overlook during temporary stays. The apartments are marketed as “luxury,” which feels like an overstatement. Overall, the units and amenities are fairly standard for a $1,200+ one-bedroom you’d find in many parts of the country. If “luxury” is meant to include accessibility to management, that standard is not met. Management is largely unreachable, and when contact does occur, responses are vague and inconsistent at best and downright dismisisve at worst (as pointed out in other reviews). A few directly experienced personal examples: 1. Door-to-door recycling is advertised as an amenity, but it is not
“ READ ALL THE 1 start Reviews before Applying “ The application fees feel like a complete scam. They charge $250 per applicant, non-refundable, and encourage multiple people to apply for the same apartment. If 20 people apply, that’s $5,000 collected — while only one person actually gets approved. The other 19 applicants lose their money for no real reason. We applied, paid the fee, and later spoke to several other people who had the exact same experience. This feels like a system designed to generate extra income from application fees rather than fairly process applicants. Please be cautious before applying.
Be Aware of This Place I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this business. They charged over $200 in application fees. I am a business owner with over $280,000 in annual income and an 800+ credit score, yet my application was denied without a clear or reasonable explanation. When I asked about the possibility of corporate leasing, they did not even seem to understand what that meant. That raised serious concerns about their professionalism and transparency. I have already reported this matter to the State Consumer Bureau and submitted a written complaint to city officials. The situation is currently under review. Based on my experience, the process felt misleading and highly questionable. I recommend that others proceed carefully.
I had an extremely disappointing experience living at this apartment complex. The snow removal was practically non-existent; neither the sidewalks nor the driveways were shoveled, making it dangerous. The management, especially the property manager Aron, was rude, unprofessional, and completely unresponsive. Even when I first applied, Aron treated me poorly—and sadly, that was a warning sign I ignored. The apartment itself was outdated, nowhere near the ‘luxury’ standard they promised. After 15 months, they tried to charge me absurd move-out fees, falsely claiming I broke window latches, and carpet issues—something that never happened. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. There are far better options in the Polaris area.
