The Edge at Noda

I must say this was the most disgusting and disrespectful experience I've ever encountered. I was given my address and move-in date December 28, 2023. I was moving to a 2br 1.5ba townhome on February 1st from Texas. Literally got off the plane and went to the office to pick up my keys. Get to the townhome and the entire place is dirty, disgusting and roach infested. Nothing worked. Apparently in the 15 mins it took for me to get from the office to my place the final part they needed to fix the luke warm water heater arrived. While he was there to allegedly fix it, i showed him the 10+ dead roaches in the freezer to which he plucked them out by hand and threw them outside. After complaining they sent out a cleanup crew and pest control. But they never fixed the hot water heater, the tub o

Great management! They work with you and is very respectful. The application process was easy and the apartments are nice. It a quite nice area and look forward being apart of the community

Rented an apartment for more than two years. Apartment was clean and in good state, kitchen, washer and dryer were in good condition. Living room and bedrooms were spacious. Calm neighborhood with lots of parking spaces and surrounded by trees. Maintenance was always prompt to help whit any issues. Staff was kind and helpful. Only issue I had was Amazon constantly delivering packages to the wrong address. I suppose that's Amazon's fault, but more clear apartment labeling could help.

Wonderful management and apartment community. Close to major shopping and restaurants in Charlotte and it feels like you are not in the middle of the city. Highly Recommend!

I have lived here 3+ months and honestly couldn’t be any happier, my I love little townhome, the neighborhood and community is surprisingly super quiet, management is super friendly, extremely helpful , and always informative. Maintenance requests are always prompt and followed up on and completely timely. Love it here, Milli, Keiry, and Jaymee are all three phenomenal! Move in was seamless and quick. Love love love
