The Edge at Flagler Village

This apartments were the first place i called home when i moved to florida, and honestly I’ve seen lots of changes in the last couple of months. In specific i would live to thank Edson at the front desk for always getting issues resolved so promptly, his attention to detail, listening to resident concerns and a genuine care and passion for what he does. It truely makes living here stress free and easy.

I have been here almost a year and the staff is very helpful. Quick response on any maintenance issues Virginia the Assistant Manager to the property is amazing. Robert the manager is wonderful Edison as well. I enjoy the location and the amenities walking distance to so many things in bikable Neighbourhood

Been living here for over a year and it has been the perfect place to start my life post grad. Virginia at the front desk has been extraordinarily helpful to us from the move in process to taking care of our every day needs. I’m so happy I chose this place!

I love the Edge! I have been living here since 2024, it’s conveniently located near downtown and has a wonderful dog park for my pup who has made tons of friends! Edson, Robert, and Virginia have been super helpful with everything!

Lived here for 5 years with my wife. One of the better apartment complexes downtown and probably the best one for the price as well. The new management is great as well. 5/5! :)
