The Edge Apartments

Alexis did such a great job helping me out to manage payments for the apartment. Pleasant to visit with and professionaly courteous. We're all set up through the Edge platform. Excellent work and thank you so much.

Alexis Cohen is absolutely AMAZING! From the moment I walked into The Edge, she made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She had a snack set out with a water! She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made the process feel so easy. Alexis is patient, caring, and truly wants the best for her residents. She checked in with me every step of the way, and I could tell she genuinely loves what she does. Thanks to her, Katie and Kelly I already feel right at home. If you need someone who will treat you like family, go see Alexis!

I honestly love living at The Edge because of the people who work here. Kelly, Katie, and Alexis in the office are so sweet and always make time to help, even when they’re busy. They really care and it shows. The maintenance team (Sandy, Mike, and Nathan) are the best! Any time I’ve needed something fixed, they’ve been quick, friendly, and super respectful. It makes such a difference knowing the people here actually care about the residents. They make this place feel like home.

When I got into the apartment, nothing was in good condition or cleaned like it should have been . My toilet seat was loose, my shower had some mold and wasn't clean, my balcony had cigarettes on it, the kitchen cabinets can't close all the way shut, my carpet in the bedroom had a stain. I was rushing to move due for my company and I really do wish I would have gave it more time before I made a decision. Nothing in here looks new and I'm pretty sure by time I move out they'll try to charge me for it like these apartment companies do!! I could have went into Sunscape apartments and I wish I did!

The staff at The Edge are so kind and helpful with your needs! I had a tough roommate situation and the leasing office worked hard to find me a solution and I’m so thankful! If you want to live somewhere that cares about you, I highly recommend The Edge apartments!
