This is the worst place I ever stayed. The walls is thin. You can hear your neighbors as if they was in your apartment. I have complained on neighbor being loud everyday. No resolution. There is no peace or quiet in a place I pay rent. But want my rent and want it to be on time. Heck no. I have gotten psd from living here these months. Because the constant noise everyday. It’s always a maintenance problem. They left holes in my wall over shower. Saying it’s ok to shower. Heck no so a rat or something can fall through the hole. There is roaches. I never recommend anyone to stay here. The office manager gets mad. When they aren’t the ones living in this condition. They don’t care because they don’t stay there. 90 more days and I’m done with these apartments. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Great staff and place these apartments are family friendly as well! The office manager Tara is Amazing !!!! And also the maintenance guy is very professional and nice anytime I have an issue it gets fixed in a timely manner and the right way!

Leasing/ property management continues to improve the property. The maintenance team are always prompt in response and very respectful- great job guys! Special thanks to Tara💎 for her attention to detail and great work ethic!

The Edge is a great place to live, the owners have put a lot of money into the property. My favorite feature is the security gates with key fob entry. Angelica the property manager is so nice and helpful! And Alex is the best maintenance man, he fixes everything in a timely manner!

These apartments are not worth it they have rodents and roaches the office isn’t even open anymore so it’s hard to get any needs for your apartment fulfilled they don’t actually do the pest control like there suppose to do rodents and roaches have been reported for months and they do nothing about it there are usually homeless people sitting outside or inside the gates of the apartment in front of the apartments flood there is usually no parking and if u have to park on the side in a no parking due to there being no parking spots they will put a tow sticker on your car when I first moved in the lied and said the apartments had security and security cameras this is a total lie they are honestly not worth it the plumbing is messed up every other day and the office manager Angelica is never
