The Eclipse Apartment Homes

We have moved for the last time. Thank you to Alexis and the team @ The Eclipse apartments. We’ve lived several places due to circumstances that have caused us to move a few times. After finding peace with The Eclipse and the staff has been so responsive, in helping us get approved and moved in with impressive timing. Thank you so much for helping my family. We look forward to a brighter future in our new home.

My previous lease was ending and I had to find somewhere to move, and fast. The Eclipse was actually my first choice upon the several I visited. I had the notion of not 'choosing your first pick,' though honestly, they just were better than the rest. Jack and Alexis are very helpful and responded quickly to my inquiries. My main issue prior to move-in was space. My new apartment did not fail. It's what I needed, it's what I asked for, and it's what I got💯

I recently toured this apartment complex, and my experience was great! Jack showed me around, and he was super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made me feel really comfortable throughout the tour. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I left with a really positive impression — definitely one of the best tours I’ve had while apartment hunting!

I appreciate the detail and kindness of the maintenance man Brayden and also the manager Alexis she's also very kind and understanding makes living here very peaceful and awesome! and thank you Jack for all taking action on my maintenance requests immediately didn't even take a day came out and got the job done ❤️✨

Problems, problems, problems. We moved in a few months ago and have a list of over 40 items wrong with our unit. Broken doors, hole in the ceiling, damaged walls, damaged countertops, sliding door that won’t lock, unsafe broken banister, loud broken washing machine, loose faucet fixtures, lots of paint chips dried to the floor, horrible state of paint, missing window screens, leaky drains, dirty light figures, and several other things. Some are safety related, some are plumbing, some are functionality, and some are cosmetic. These problems range from big to little, and we are paying far too much for this. The unit we are paying for is not the unit we viewed on the advertisement video either. We keep getting promised that our issues will be fixed but they are absolutely not working on the p
