Lived here for a year and no complaints! Love Donna at the leasing office - she's the sweetest. Maintenance is also very efficient. Super close walk to the east side of campus and right next to the bus to get to west campus or around Austin.

Lived here August 2023-February 2025. The leasing agent, Donna, is wonderful to work with. She is so kind and empathetic, and she works to find solutions to problems. The maintenance team is quick to respond to issues. The apartment is close to UT (walking distance to all of campus) and Hyde Park.

Lived here for about a year. Donna in the leasing office is very kind but I cannot say that I felt this apartment was worth the amount I paid monthly. If you're a student at UT looking for somewhere to live, you're just as fine living in Wampus and spending a similar amount for better maintenance and upkeep of the buildings facilities. My biggest issue while living here was the LAUNDRY!! You pay $2.35 a load in washers and dryers that are so tiny, I could rarely fit an entire load of clothes into the machines! Also the lock on the door is so annoying and hard to use. Found myself locked out of the laundry room on multiple occasions and would have to wait before trying again as the lock would make the most insane alarm noise at you. This is a clean, quiet community with a relatively low rent fee. Most importantly, it is only about half a mile from UT Austin, which offers great convenience to UT students, especially those majoring in Art, Law, and Engineering. The lease officer Donna is very friendly and warm-hearted. I frequently contact her by email and she usually replies within a few hours. She also provided detailed answers to all my questions about electricity, water, and Internet fees. Highly recommended!

Decent apartment, had serious issues when I first moved in. Seems to be under new management and getting better. Both the Jays with the maintenance team are amazing, especially Jay Romani. They respond quickly to my maintenance requests and are friendly. I feel safe at this apartment
