This was already being sent to compliance code office of Dallas due to the nature of the case I am writing to formally request immediate attention regarding a public health and safety concern at this, For the past several weeks, the dumpster in the complex has been overflowing with trash, creating unsanitary conditions that pose health and safety risks to residents and the surrounding community. The conditions include: Overflowing garbage, with bags and loose trash extending beyond the dumpster. Strong odors and potential attraction of pests, rodents, and insects. Blocked access to proper disposal areas, increasing the risk of injury or contamination. If I could give zero stars I would. Management are disgustingly rude, specifically the “front desk” lady Erica Standmire. She is the rudest creature I have EVER encountered. I’ve worked a lot of customer service jobs and I have NEVER been met with such disgusting attitude. This lady needs to be fired and never work customer service. I moved in here in August of 2024 and loved it. The ladies in the office then were so nice. Unfortunately a month later, new management took over and it all went down from there. There was a water leak outside of my building for THREE days before they noticed it flooding the sidewalk and underneath the building. I even called the city myself on a Friday because the office refused to acknowledge the leak here. They then started work on it TWO more days later. Th

When it was listed as Lakewood Greens and LOVED it, until they sold it to another management company, RPM Living and turned this into Tides at Lakewood; it started going downhill from there. They had a rotating influx of leasing office workers almost every week it was new people and new “contact info.” and rules. The new management company does not care about the tenants, all they care about is the exterior of the building with the bad paint job and not even upkeep of the entire complex itself. The only thing consistent about this apartment is how inconsistent the management is. - I lived here for over 3 years and only got to use the pool MAYBE 5 times! I am extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and management of my apartment complex. The trash has not been picked up for the last two weeks and the smell is absolutely unbearable. It seems like nobody cares about the upkeep of this place. On top of that, the office never answers the phone and it's impossible to get a hold of anyone to address these issues. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. Furthermore, the common areas are always littered with dog waste because people do not pick up after their pets. It's disgusting and unsanitary. I would not recommend living in this apartment complex until they make significant improvements in cleanliness and management. It's a shame that such a nice property is being neglected in this way.

Do NOT rent from here. YOUR REGISTERED CAR with their portal will get towed when the portal is down. You can’t make maintenance requests also. They don’t supply any doggy poop bags at the designated spaces so be prepared to bring your own. Maintenance is also incapable of fixing issues we have put orders in for prior. We also have a hornet nest in the chimney! Seriously this place is TRASH. Roaches are also creeping out of the base boards! Office staff is super nice with luring you in but will ignore you after.
