The Dylan

One of the best apartments I’ve lived in! All the employees are so kind and amazing! They always have something fun going on at the apartments and they really try to get everyone together which is amazing because all the neighbors I met were always so friendly. Loved how hard they worked to keep everything clean and looking nice. The convenience of having Fiore Cafe, Joes pizza, Dutch bros, and 7/11 in walking distance was amazing. These apartments are beautiful and well kept and maintenance requests are handled within that same day or next. Don’t miss out on living in this great community!

I love it here. It feels very safe for my kids and I. The girls at the front are amazing. Everytime I walk in for my Amazon they already have it in their hands! In regards to all the bad towing reviews, the staff explained this the day I moved in. Every time I have a visitor I walk them to the sign and help them register the vehicle. It is our responsibility to make sure our visitors cars are not at risk for being towed. Im glad they enforce this because I never struggle to find parking unless I get home super late. I just have to walk a bit. The maintenance team is great and the pool is so nice and clean. I do wish they had a dog wash but love that they have a doggie park. I’ve lived here 5 months, and yes, it’s a little pricey, but so far it’s been worth it. Staff has been friendly and helpful from the very beginning. Olivia first showed me a tour and took the time to listen and answer all my questions (I had so many questions). Layne and Kristine have also been extremely helpful! I’ve had two small maintenance requests, both were handled promptly. The club lounge is always clean and pool area is a nice place to hang out, solid community of people. I also really like that we have a local cafe and Italian restaurant on the premises! 😋

so far living here has been great i love how your close to everything and area is Beautiful and so quiet, but only giving 3 stars because when i first sign my lease i was told that i was only going to pay 1255 for rent but im paying over $150+ more they charge you for unnecessary fees which is ridiculous why am i paying $41 for valet trash that's crazy work. why i am i getting charged different things that was never on my lease. yeah living here is pricey and just going to stick with it until my lease is up.

We are on a 15-month lease and just hit the 12-month mark this past week. In the time we've lived at The Dylan, besides one instance that involved another resident, we have not experienced any issues or concerns during our time here. We are on a first-name friendly basis with the three team members who work in the leasing office and are very appreciative for how they handle day-to-day operations and their communication with us. The biggest thing that helps *US* as residents and our experience is that we are always respectful, staying on top of things, following directions, and communicating with The Dylan when we have a question or need clarification about something that they need from us.
