The Duplexes @ Victory

we just moved in, and we are blown away by how easy move in was. the office ladies are absolutely wonderful. madison and darniece are some of the kindest leasing agents i have ever worked with. when we moved in, we received a welcome box with some household essentials. the gesture was very appreciated. it’s a safe area, i feel comfortable being outside at night. our unit has modern appliances and full lighting throughout. it’s 10-20 minutes from everything in the city. we are very happy here so far and are so glad we chose the Duplexes!!

The Lord has blessed me with Darniece, Madison and Cynthia. They have been so helpful since I moved in last year. Great location, close to everywhere, and always peaceful and quiet. Darniece has always answered every question I've had and has always been so kind and helpful. I will forever be grateful to duplexes at victory for providing a fantastic living location and blessing me with such a great community

I’ve lived here for nearly 3 years and enjoy the location. The office staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. This location is perfect for someone single, new to the area and wanting to meet people. But also good for young families with 1-2 kids. It’s a 10 minute walk to Daffin Park/Greyson stadium, 10 minute drive(or 40 min walk) to Forsyth Park. It’s close to Truman Parkway, 10 min drive to Lake Mayer, 15-20 min drive to Sav airport and less than 10 min drive to downtown Sav/SCAD main campus. The rent is decent for the area (I’ve checked and toured others) and the units are comparable (better) to any in the area. I've had a great experience living at The Duplexes Victory. The property is well-maintained, and any maintenance requests are handled promptly. The management team, especially Darniece is very professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. The amenities are excellent, and the community feels safe and welcoming. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live!

We have lived here for a long time now and we have never had a Manager like Ms. Darniece. She is very attentive and moves quickly to help get things done. I also appreciate all of her new ideas for bringing the community together each month because it’s good to get to see and know your neighbors.
