The Drake

We absolutely love living here, it is peaceful and is a wonderful community. We love how friendly the staff is and that they are on it when it comes to keeping things peaceful around the community. The pool is so relaxing and offers plenty of seating from tanning areas to the gazebos and more. You can tell the staff really cares about maintaining the property. Maintenance is on top of things and are very friendly. The walking trails are wonderful and scenic as are the ponds. We love the grilling and fire pit areas. The dog parks are wonderful as well. Overall it’s such a wonderful peaceful place to live.

My girlfriend and I decided to move in together in early 2025. I searched for several apartment properties and asked specific questions regarding each property. Even before we visited the property, The Drake stood out in their ability to understand and provide information we were looking for. When we did visit, we were warmly greeted and shown around the property and the apartment type that we were interested in. We were still treated well even after mentioning that we hadn't decided and were still wanting to look at other properties. I highlight this because I can usually tell when the attitude changes when property managers might not make a sale. The Drake is truly an excellent place to live. I’ve been here since 2022 and couldn’t be happier. Everything—from the office staff and maintenance team to the neighbors—has made living here a wonderful experience. The apartments are spacious, beautifully designed, and feature large, private decks. The garages are exactly what you’d hope for, and the amenities and overall upkeep are outstanding. I especially want to recognize the staff—Andrew (before his promotion), Jenna, Jane, and Hailey—who are all compassionate, caring, and dedicated. They take real pride in serving the community, and it shows. I couldn’t recommend The Drake more!

Maintenance requests are handled quickly and with professionalism, which I really appreciate. I’ve been living at The Drake Apartments for a year, and I absolutely love it here! As a pet owner, the dog parks are a huge plus—plenty of space for my pup to run around and meet other dogs. The fire pits are another great feature, perfect for cozy nights with friends or relaxing after a long day. The community is always well-kept, and the staff is friendly and responsive. It really feels like home, and I’m grateful to be part of such a great place to live!
