My name is Sheila Chatman I'm a resident at the Drake apartments. On behalf of Laronna and Amanda they're the best managers ever. Always on point. Always been considerate of others very respectful young ladies. Couldn't ask for better management. Maintenance is always on point too. I've been living here years and will not be moving anytime soon. All the bad reviews are just mad because they owe money or they was nasty. I love the people here and love living here.

My Experience at The Drake has been OK. I have been living here 6 Years. I haven't experienced any problems. The Management Team is Nice and Friendly. Maintenance comes right away whenever I call with an issues. Only thing I can say is their isn't enough Parking for Everyone that lives there, and they need more equipment on the playground for the Kids, besides that 1 slide.

My stay here was okay. The main issue I have is when I first moved in. The paint in the tub and tiles started peeling after two weeks there. The products the manager recommended was used. And I told the apartment manager the issue of the peeling. But when leaving at the end of my stay. They charged me for the peeling of the paint which was their fault for not doing it correctly . I have rented at other apartments and have never experienced this issue with the tub and tiles. This was wrong for them to charge me for something they were at fault for not using quality material for the tub paint for it to peel in two weeks. The roaches were an issue when first moving in medium level which the exterminator came in to do a heavy spray. And me doing my part was controlled in a few weeks. Had an is

By far the worst apartment I have ever lived in. I second the review stating the pest control does nothing but bring critters & rodents all out. I paid rent EVERY SINGLE MONTH & when I moved out they charged me almost double what my rent was claiming the apartment wasn’t clean when I intentionally bought new cleaning products just to clean the home! (I should have taken pictures but I was rushing to leave this horrendous apartment) They tried to charge me for multiple things that I feel are invalid including things I submitted work orders for that were NEVER completed. Property managers are rude & do NOT care about their tenants! They only care about money & have no problem tacking additional ridiculous balances on you. They even told me I should have taken better care of a newly renovated

The absolutely worst apartments I've ever lived on. Moved here on January 26, 2024. And when I tell you that these apartments are horrendous, they're horrible. Neighbor upstairs had a bad little boy who would invite friends over to pretty much come and bother us. On June 11, 2024, literally 10+ teenagers were outside of my apartment trying to physically harm me because I asked a little girl and her friend to stop touching my doorbell camera. Called the police and everything. Next door, spoke to the landlord about it, all she said was ''The eviction process here in Bossier takes awhile.'' And proceeded to keep the tenants here that were problematic. Do not recommend moving here to The Drake. 0/10 would NOT recommend. Yes, I'm fully aware that different people have different experiences, b
