Everything was fine with the buyer/and seller agent up to the last minute. Then one of this companie's agent's turned on everyone. She was was rude disrespectful and even said to me the seller on the phone it was none of my business what day her client was moving into our house after we signed the papers with an agreeded signed contract for lease back for 4 days. Everyone beware of this agent who showed her true colors after she was paid by us the buyer at closing. I plan to contact her supervisor and inform them of the most un professional self centered agents in thier company. Then once I see if they defend her or not this review will dictate how professional this company is. Update: we later found out this agent did not show up to her buyers closing but instead showed up to receive her

Craig Hansen is a great realtor. Answers his phone first ring. Aggressive when necessary. Super knowledgeable. I could go on and on. I highly recommend him and his company.
