The Dorchester & Manor

Super service tonight at Luau Night. The food was so awesome, tasty fall off the bone ribs YUM, really good Guava cake, everything was delicious. I have lived here for four years and hope I never have to move. It is very clean and the residents and staff are friendly and helpful. It is a little far out but quiet is worth the drive. Susan is a blessing. I can’t imagine the Dorchester without her. The building would be lost without Luis Roman. He can fix anything and takes pride with his work. Lisa at the front desk always smiles and takes pride in knowing knowing the answer Michelle is so friendly and it lifts my spirit just to see her. Ryan brown. Could not be kinder and helpful. The residents that ride the bus are so lucky he lifts things for us. We do not need to ask him. Crystal and Quinton in the dining room go every extra mile to be kind and friendly. I had a tour with Rachel. She was AMAZING!! She made me feel so comfortable and answered all of my questions. She was so knowledgeable about the community. She made me feel confident with the choices I had to make about moving my grandma in here! We were looking at a bunch of other places and she was thorough and I love the thought of her working there in case my grandma ever needs help. If you take a tour ask for Rachel!!!

I absolutely love living here. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Thom and the maintenance team are the best ever and the front desk are always so quick to help. The dining room and kitchen make life easy when you don't cook and the food is always good. Ryan is so nice and the bus trips are fun.

Lisa at the Reception Desk is magnificent!!!! She greets everyone with a warm smile. She is eager to meet the needs of every resident. She does everything she can to make residents happy. She dresses up for all the holidays. There is nothing better than walking in the door and looking at the bright lights on Lisa's Christmas sweater! Lol! She is absolutely delightful! She and all the staff at the Dorchester make my life fuller and easier. The residents are a blessing in every way. They are warm and friendly. We help each other in times of need. I love living at the Dorchester.
