I had such a wonderful experience with Chantel! From the moment I arrived for my apartment tour, she made me feel completely welcome and at home. Chantel is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions with confidence and clarity. What really made her stand out is how genuinely passionate and dedicated she is to her job. She didn’t just give a tour — she made the experience personal, thoughtful, and stress-free. It’s clear that she truly cares about helping people find not just an apartment, but a place they can truly call home. Im excited for my move in. Chantel is awesome at what she does, and her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail really set her apart. I would absolutely recommend working with her to anyone looking for a new home!

I don't normally write reviews, but I feel like others looking into this apartment complex should be aware of what living at these apartments is really like 1) Safety is NOT a priority here. since the gates remain open, homeless people often sleep behind dumpsters and even in parking spots. I have gotten home late one night, and walked by people stealing a catalytic converter. The worst instance was coming home to two homeless men sitting outside of my apartment. They weren't aggressive and left very quickly, but as a woman living by myself, I am not naive to how bad that could have gone. When writing to the management about these instances, I received no response. I know that you cannot control what happens outside of the gates, but when I first moved in, the gates were a security measur

The staff is super friendly, helpful and welcoming to future residents. You can tell that he's really trying to find a solution to your problem instead of barely doing his job. This kind of human kindness really makes my day. They also open 7 days a week, which is helpful in case of emergencies. The apartment itself can seem a bit old, but the variety of facilities (fireplace, storage room on balcony, temperature control app, sauna room, a spacious gym etc.) makes it up. A pretty good deal for the price 👍

Dorchester Apartments has a lot of potential, and what really stands out is the staff’s effort and heart. The property itself clearly has room to grow, but the team is working hard to keep things moving despite being stretched thin. I love my apartment and love walking throughout the community with my dog the mature trees are great! I especially want to recognize Chantel, the manager. She is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about both residents and the community. It’s obvious she’s doing her best to manage a lot at once, and her dedication makes a noticeable difference. With the right support and resources, this property could truly shine. The maintenance and office staff are kind and helpful, even when they seem overwhelmed, and that says a lot about their commitment. Dorch

I love living here! Parking can be a little tight in the evenings, but I love my neighbors and the rent is such a good deal for how big the apartment is. Chantel and Anthony are amazing, and I love that Anthony speaks Spanish. My mom lives here too, and it’s great that she can easily communicate with the office.
